RidgeWood Park is a 122-acre, 2 million-square-foot Class A master-planned office park being developed by Patrinely Group, LLC. Located in San Antonio's northeast corridor north of Loop 1604 at U.S. 281 and Redland Road, the project is approved for office, hospital and retail uses. Tesoro Corporation is the anchor tenant and opens its new headquarters in June 2009.
